design tests or scenarios that verify the intended behaviour;
perform real human review even when AI supports the review;
create an independent human verification criterion for CRITICAL work;
implement the minimum fields in Jira, GitHub or GitLab;
recognise cognitive debt and the intervention boundary.

govern scheduled and autonomous coding agents while preserving human acceptance;
operate Knowledge Anchors and the Cognitive Debt Signal;
use the intervention boundary to trigger rebuilding, mitigation or explicit risk acceptance;
prepare credible evidence for leadership, customers and audits;
move deliberately from L1 to L2 and L3 maturity.
